Pros

Great company overall with not many complaints at all and good benefits

Cons

the management was just a little lacking. Sometimes the direction wasn’t very clear or required your own work to figure out 90% of what was going on.

Thank you for taking time to leave us this review. We view employee communication as critical to our success. Receiving feedback that our communication could have been better is not easy to hear but important for us to know. The pandemic certainly changed the way we work and the way we communicate. Especially given our distributed workforce, we need to double down on connecting with our employees, so they know both our vision for future of the business and the roadmap to follow. Thank you for this feedback and the reminder that we need to stay vigilant in our efforts to communicate with our employees.

Pros

I love the people I work with. I’m constantly learning with every project, and I feel appreciated for my skills and talents. My boss is awesome and gives me a lot of freedom. He's friendly, open, honest, and a great mentor. I think he believes in my abilities more than I sometimes do, which pushes me to take on challenges that help me grow and be a valuable asset to the company. Our team is made up of generally happy people, which makes even the tough jobs feel manageable. I’ve also never worked on a brand I wasn’t excited about, which keeps the work feeling meaningful and fun.

Cons

- The emphasis on time tracking/timesheets creates constant stress around balancing billability and over-logging hours. - My role and responsibilities have grown but my compensation hasn't changed much over the last several years. - No bonuses.

Pros

Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

Cons

Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
