The individuals are wonderful and enjoy a wonderful life.

Very clucky. Hard to fit in. Way too Many Lazy staff amongst amazing staff. Management ays blind eye all the time. Poor pay. Unsafe ratios.

The clients and the overall mission of Bridges BTC for those clients.

The CEO has no clue how to run an industrial plant with large machinery and has a blatant disregard for safety. She protects employees who are aggressive, insubordinate, and she allows toxic behavior. She provides no support to managers.
