      Depending on which practice you work at, there may be minimal support when you first start. The information systems at Bridges are not the best. Compliance procedures tend to be a little pedantic.

      Pros

      Work life balance and WFH arrangements.

      Cons

      Too many large scale businesses changes with multiple rounds of redundancies. The goal posts were constantly moving and your hard work and long hours never turned into a good value bonus. Management scramble to turn a profit in loss years and are quick to make people redundant rather then getting the business process right to deliver business growth.
