The culture really strives for continuous improvement and excellence. There are extremely smart driven people everywhere. Folks who have longevity with the company are extremely open minded, self deprecating, and helpful to others.
Cons
In the rapid growth of the organization the culture was one of the areas that struggled to scale which made it increasingly hard to immerse new people in it.
