Pros

The workspace is updated and nice. They would sometimes gift employees with random Apparel.

Cons

You get 15 PTO days and have to work every holiday that other banks would have off. The benefits were not as they make them out to be. More and more was expected of you with promises of bonuses. Then year end bonus came and it was much smaller than they had promised. I felt like working for them compromised my moral integrity. It is a total mess there. I felt like it was a sinking ship and from what I have heard it’s only getting worse. I’m glad I jumped ship when I did.

Pros

Senior leadership I met during interviews seemed strong and engaged. The company’s broader direction appears solid. Some talented people across the organization.

Cons

The role was not what was described during the hiring process — major disconnect between what was promised and what the job actually was. Direct leadership was a major issue: communication was unclear, collaboration was minimal, and micromanagement was constant. Leadership behaviors — including reluctance to manage and speaking negatively about company direction and other leaders — undermined trust and made the environment unstable. There was a significant gap between the strong leadership I saw at the top and the lack of leadership happening at the team level. The environment wasn’t set up for autonomy, trust, or meaningful contributions.
