Good pay, benefits, and a great management team out of the Irvine CA location.

Not much interaction with the main office only about once a month on a short call. The main work is with the company the contract is with.

I've worked for Bridgewater Consulting Group three times! The company is fantastic and so is the caring, transparent, team-spirited leadership...on all fronts! They reward you based on your commitment to their clients; representing BCG as a technical professional; stellar work ethics; and getting the job done! Additionally, the excellent and personable leadership conducts regular check-ins with consultants to ensure you're happy in your role and to quickly address/resolve any pain points which I truly appreciated. Love this growing company (CEO, CFO, HR, et al) and I'd work for them ANYTIME!
