Pros

Bridgewater builds beautiful homes within the community.

Cons

Communication among executives and among the team is lacking. There aren't weekly or monthly company-wide meetings so everyone can meet or stay on the same page. Sometimes it takes over a week to get a response from an executive manager which is required to keep moving forward with marketing directives

Pros

They are only a few years old, and will tell you how much they have grown and will continue to grow. It also looks like there is a lot of room to grow within the company.

Cons

There are three owners. None of them know how to communicate with each other. Personnel management is a joke. They will not care about you in any way, but will promise you the world. Want fun company activities? Go somewhere else. Want to work 60 hours a week and only get paid for 40? Well then this is the place for you!!!Bridgewater Homes is a demanding tyrant of a company that will destroy you with stress and unobtainable goals.
