      Very candid, collaborative, and supportive working environment. Everyone there wants to come alongside you and help you succeed in your role. Everyone there is so passionate about what they do goes above and beyond to make sure our clients are getting the support they need.

      Cons

      There has been some transition within the company over this last year will people getting promoted and stepping up into new leadership roles, and naturally that comes with some growing pains as teams adjust. But really everyone sees this as an opportunity to keep growing and learning what works and what doesn't so we can truly thrive as an organization.

      Bridgeway is a great company to work for! They offer decent benefits and very competitive salaries. Bridgeway puts their employees first!

      Cons

      The work we do is hard but so rewarding. Being able to help so many people in our community is a great feeling to go home with at night.
