Pros
Working at Bridgit doesn't feel like 'work'. Genuinely love coming to the office every day and problem solving as a team. Everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and most importantly, supportive. There's no egos at Bridgit. The culture is really fun. The work hard, play hard type. There's always a social event on whether its a weekend away, dinners, drinks, trivia nights, or team workouts.
Cons
Working here means contributing to all areas of the business and always working as a multi-disciplinary team. If you have an individual working style and prefer to complete tasks on your own, Bridgit might not be for you.
