Great company, clear communication, fair pay and good vibes - Technician Bright AV Employee Review

Having direct access to leadership and owners of the company is a great plus. The remote flexibility is also nice. Overall Bright AV treats its employees fairly well and gives decent benefits.

There is a lot of travel in this industry. Atletas once or twice per month on most instances. Pay could be better. Since it’s still a small company you feel some growing pains and the team being stretched thin.

The best decision I made was joining Bright AV. While it's a growing company, the owners know how to build a company for the future. Joined when there were only like 7 employees and it continues to grow. However, the best part of the company is the culture. No one is left to flounder on their own. Everyone is willing to jump in and help. Work with great clients and events! Love working with so many A+ talent in the company.

The company may not have all of the resources of a larger company, but I also see that as a positive at times because it allows the company and individuals to be flexible.
