It’s good to see you notice the effort made to make Bright Future an interesting and exciting place to work and the time that has gone in to making the environment as engaging as possible. In terms of communication additional effort has been made in recent months to step-up improvements, with regular apprentice forums, follow up sessions with apprentice groups, more staff and management one to one’s, and staff and management involvement in developing our values, mission statement and branding. We also have a new management team in the training company, who have made significant improvements to all processes, which will continue to be built upon going forward. It’s good to know to see the potential in the business. Please be assured this sentiment is echoed internally and there is much optimism about realising this potential.
