Pros
- Some excellent trainers - Really nice people to work with - Good location.
Cons
- Apprentices treated like students/children rather than actual employees - Clear lack of management skills from senior staff - Poor decisions made without consulting everybody - Some ridiculous job roles that just didn't make sense - Clear divide between apprentices and 'upper' staff - Lots of lies about future prospects.
