Pros
I love the office location in central Brighton, and views from the 9th floor of the sea and the Southdowns. Regular socials, lunches, great coffee machine, Friday beer fridge and snacks etc. The people are what make this place work best, and the team are smart, motivated and friendly. All the support processes are in place to help, from ensuring we have the right hardware and software, to a warm HR presence to assist with things like holiday, maternity/paternity, personal circumstances etc. We feel valued by our clients too, which makes it a fulfilling place to work.
Cons
We're a relatively small team, and take on some big projects. It would be nice to have the man-power to keep up with some of the developments that our competitors can roll out.
