      Pros

      I tried my best to find atleast 1 postive thing but sorry NONE

      Cons

      No work life balance. Senior manager and manager both come from very basic domestic companies who are handling US process with no idea has to how it works. If someone is trying to do a good job and improve the process, support others they are treated badly. They are not good with process no learning to look forward neither are they good with people or treat them like human beings. Worst experience of my career so far

      -The workload is to much -The manager and higher ups expects us to complete work of 2-3 people in one day because they dont want to spend money or plan properly -No fixed routine they keep expecting us to work the whole time - No one to take actions of concerns - alot of micro management - this has caused a stressful work culture and affecting employees health - they don’t provide india leaves or US leaves but promise in the offer letter that we get 42 leaves
