Pros

There is a lot to learn about energy and they have so many different types of service products that there are lots of opportunities to learn. They do put in some effort to create a good workplace culture.

Cons

They can't or won't hire or promote anyone with any leadership skills, so don't expect any leadership or coaching, or mentoring. As far as getting a management position goes, being a male seems to be a requirement. None of the executive team is able to give anyone any feedback for improvement. They keep people motivated by occasionally firing someone for secret reasons and not talking about it, which keeps people scared, but it's not a great way to motivate people. No HR resources whatsoever. But if you're 20 something and willing to work long hours for good resume skills, go for it.

Pros

People are generally nice Beautiful office space in FiDi Work feels meaningful CEO is humble, transparent, and seems to genuinely have the company's best interests in mind

Cons

Stringent PTO (18 days/year, no sick time) - if you're sick for a week that's nearly 1/3 of your allotment for the entire year No Macs - the laptops and systems in general feel clunky and out of date Many people are overworked and stretched too thin so it can be hard to ask for support
