Management could find itself in situations due to lack of foresight at times.

They are very clear with their direction and started us off with a very thorough start packet

I felt a bit micro managed to the point of being discouraged from using my brain and encouraged to "refer to the manual" and the fact they have us email only through their service is a bit weird and feels invasive.
