A great company to work for that takes care of their employees

Low pay and could use more training

Flexible assignments at times, but they didn't ever seem to have many office positions to be filled in two years.

No security about schedule, health insurance rates were ridiculous and coverage was terrible. I was told during assignments that Bright Services kept a bigger percent of the hourly rate for the contract than other temp agencies in the area and the companies knew it.
