Flexible and welcoming environment for kind individuals - Anonymous employee BrightBridge ABA Employee Review

I love working for BrightBridge because they are an assent-based company, and I feel that approach is beneficial for both the clients we serve and the Behavioral Technicians who support them. They also provide opportunities for community outreach, which is something I truly enjoy. Every person I have met has been incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming.

One challenge I experienced was that after working with a school-based client, I did not have additional clients available in my area once the school year ended. However, I believe that through outreach opportunities and a strong team effort, we can help address this challenge moving forward. I remain optimistic, and so far, I have genuinely loved being part of this company.

Pros of working for this company is theyre family base. They treat you like family. The company stands by there values and treat all clients/children equally. They are small but mighty I mist say. I appreciate everything they continue to teach me as I grow in the ABA field

The only Con is its one bathroom for the clients.
