      Pros

      They help interns through the process and are understanding and helpful. No bad vibes from anybody there from the 10 weeks I interned.

      Cons

      The Art Director position was kind of muddled - there weren't that many job specifications and it was confusing to understand what the actual position entailed since it was so generalized.

      Not necessarily a con but sometime less structured and more ambiguous nature of work in comprison to traditional BCG

      It’s great starting point, take heed of all the benefits and go the corporate buildings because they pay more, unlike the regular bright horizons. Always negotiate!!

      They will put you where you’re needed, sometimes not you preference.
