Cons
The internal recruiter should be replaced or trained in fundamental people practices. He seems on top of things if there’s something in it for him, but otherwise he drops people like hot potatoes with out minimum consideration for theIr time and energy invested in the process. Lastly, the Org structure is a mess. They have juniors holding VP titles, when they barely know how to read a balance sheet. Wow! How is this company ever going to scale successfully with unexperienced kids in leadership position?
