Pros

Working with the students is the most rewarding experience.

Cons

Many cons: low salary, overworked, Gülay (owner) only cares about gained students to get more money in her pockets. The worst con is there is no proper curriculum for the students. We use California states curricula but we do not follow anything from it. I feel sorry for anyone who chooses to work here.
