Pros
- The working environment is friendly and diverse. You wake up each morning knowing you get to work with amazing and talented people that have your back and will collaborate with you to solve problems - Despite the relatively small size of the company, the salary is higher than other (bigger) companies in the same industry. - You get to work for very cool brands and projects, and the learning curve is insane. - Paid certificates, books, courses. - Insanely good benefits for new parents. Financial aid for adoption. - Mental health benefits and private healthcare. - 25 vacation days + 5 fully paid sick leave days BrightMarbles is a shining star in a sea of companies with not so great cultures, hope more companies follow suit and are a part of the change forward.
Cons
As with any company that is growing so quickly, there is fast-paced work environment. But you are encouraged to have a work life balance, you can say NO to overtime, and you are given 25 days off and mental health resources which is nice.
