Pros
The children are wonderful and some coworkers are supportive. Working with the kids can be rewarding and meaningful.
Cons
Management lacks transparency and consistency. Communication is often poor, and staff concerns are frequently ignored. Teachers may be moved between classrooms without proper planning or support. The work environment can feel stressful and sometimes toxic. There appears to be high staff turnover, which makes it difficult to maintain stability for both educators and children.
