Everyone is warm and positive and there’s a real team atmosphere. Suggestions are always welcome and there’s a real spirit of adventure because the company is continuing to evolve.

Because the company is in a fast growth stage there have been some minor growth challenges. But what start up doesn’t have similar issues to contend with?

Down to earth environment. The owner, Scott, is as real as they come. Never sugarcoats and always maintains transparency. Additionally, as a disabled vet, he has made it a point to assist me in any accommodations needed so that I can comfortably perform my job to the best of my abilities. When no one else would, he took a chance on me. Hands down, the best boss I had the pleasure of working for sine I left the military!
