Supervisor and manager not engaged with employees, The only way the supervisor could be less involved with the employees is if he were not employed there. The trainers spend more time putting together "incentives" than putting together training. 99% of it is recycled from previous trainer and not updated. Certain employees are allowed to do slack off and not do anything but other employees are watched with a microscope. The company had a company wide meeting last summer where they lead employees to believe there would be a significant increase in pay due to inflation and cost of living increases to prevent employees leaving and going to utility in neighboring county that had given their employees a large raise due to those factors. When the increases did come through it was 1%. Insurance is very expensive for what it is
