I requested 15 hours from the get go and they were able to provide this within a week of my signing up. Hourly pay is good and can be easily negotiated. Cancellation policy is excellent - if under a weeks notice you still get paid. Students are lovely and the online logging platform is easy to use.

It wasnt made clear at interview that this is a self employed role, so this felt rather sprung on me when I discovered in at the end of my first month of work.
