Once they cleaned house with the IT management, they implemented sycophants that just back the CEO, regardless of the effectiveness to support the long term prosperity of the business. Dale Asplund is a terrible CEO who does not understand the customers or the business of a profitable landscaping company. Since the departure of the Brickmans and the Sperbers this company has had no compass or leadership that puts customers and people first, it's all about making money for Private Equity.
