Bad Workplace, Anxiety-Inducing - Associate BrightWire Employee Review

I have a lot to say about the company but to keep it short, I found the experience to be anxiety-inducing. The office is one small room so everyone is always looking over your shoulder and there is no privacy, you are constantly micro-managed, the hours are very long for what you're getting paid, people are always fearful that they will get fired as the business has a reputation for letting you go if they don't need you anymore, there is no investing in the employees - you are just a business figure, and you stare at a computer screen for 10 hours a day and nothing else.
