You're not really a designer the sales representatives are. you just follow what they say and whenever you try to input you skills, they'll just revert it back to what they want and you won't be seen as "creative" for the bald headed guy in Bali. I got conflicting response about my perfomance. Everything was positive then two weeks after that it became the total opposite. Do you want to be fired DAYS before the holidays and new year? Well this is the job for you. Yap they did that.
