No future - Anonymous employee Brightline Interactive Employee Review

My time at this company was overshadowed by a GM who had no business being in a leadership role. Communication was inconsistent, feedback was completely ignored. Instead of supporting growth or collaboration, the manager seemed more interested in maintaining control. There was no accountability from the top, and morale in the team was constantly low. It created a toxic environment where people were more focused on staying under the radar than doing their best work. If leadership doesn’t change, turnover will continue. I wouldn’t recommend working under this manager unless you enjoy being undervalued, gaslit, and overworked.
