Management is never satisfied and want “more more more”. Expectations constantly change and there is little grace or empathy for the hard job employees do in the field. The job is heavy and there are no supports for staff. Pay does not reflect how much field staff truly does. Pay did not increase as expectations increased. Many in middle leadership are knowingly exhausted and unheard.
