Thanks for the "thumbs up" review! To clarify the last line and to be fully transparent - we do give increases like the reviewer says. Team members also have the right at any time to make their case with their managers to earn increases. What we have resisted is conducting meaningless annual reviews, just for the sake of the exercise, then handing out increases just because folks hang around for another year. Brightree's approach on reviews and increases may not be the status quo in the work world, but great organizations don't just follow the rest of the pack. They think differently.
