Don't Waste Your Time or Skills - Anonymous employee Brightside Academy Employee Review

This is the most unorganized and disengaged organization I ever worked for. Employees leave as soon as they come in (turnover is ridiculous), teachers aren't valued or appreciated. Office staff are treated like teenagers instead of professionals. There's no honesty or transparency. Culture? Please there is none, this place was a complete waste of my time. The work environment was boring and there's no such think of work/life balance. This place is truly old school and i don't see it ever progressing or growing into the 21 century. I should've listened to the reviews and the reputation prior to joining.
