      Teachers can achieve their CDA

      Cons

      Toxic environment from the executive team, micromanagement, racists undertones from members of the executive team, untrusting of their employees, paranoid leaders, mission statement does not match what is actually happening, they do not deliver quality education to the children, retention rates are horrible , it’s a revolving door of unqualified “teachers” No supplies given the teachers to perform their jobs.

      Pros

      My time there was neutral. I enjoyed myself alot there and I met a lot of kind good teachers and staff. I also met some not so good ones. I think that’s at any job. I worked there from 2011-2016.

      Cons

      There were some unprofessional teachers and staff there. At times we didn’t have the adequate coverage for shifts and breaks. No sort of compensation for the parents coming to pick up their children late.
