      Pros

      The company is really changing. There are new management structures being put in place to offer better support to everyone, at every level. There is a vision the company is striving for and there is support to help get there.

      Cons

      The pay, while higher than many other early education facility's, it is still fairly low from a teacher perspective. Management pay seems to be comparable to other places.

      Pros

      My time there was neutral. I enjoyed myself alot there and I met a lot of kind good teachers and staff. I also met some not so good ones. I think that’s at any job. I worked there from 2011-2016.

      Cons

      There were some unprofessional teachers and staff there. At times we didn’t have the adequate coverage for shifts and breaks. No sort of compensation for the parents coming to pick up their children late.
