Worst working experience! Will tell you whatever you wanna hear during the interview to appease you. “Oh we don’t work Saturdays you’ll rarely have to work a Saturday. If you have a family function you aren’t required to stay late so you can leave on time no questions asked” these are just 2 of the lies you will be told during the interview. They have had the same positions listed online for “customer service technicians” in the same cities for over 3 years now! They can’t keep anyone. Once people experience how bad it is working here they would rather take a 50% pay cut to have better mental health. Also the pay rate is extremely low compared to people at other telecom providers even 15 miles away. The pay discrepancy (same exact work) compared to a more major provider was more than 17/hr in Virginia. Maybe if you’re inside or in the construction dept life is better. Worst 5 years of my over 30 year working experience.
