Pros
A leadership team that cares a lot about its employees, competitive benefits and compensation. WFH stipend, fully remote. Personally have had an awesome experience all around. The training and learning was customized to a way that helped me learn well and efficiently!
Cons
Along with any early stage start up - there are unknowns, but that's part of the fun!
