We have monthly manager meetings and do try to foster an environment that produces quality management. All of our company supervisors and our human resources department have open door policies, and if an employee doesn’t feel that they are able to reach their potential, or are having issues with the supervisor they report to, we encourage them to come forward so that any problems can be resolved.
