      Pros

      Coworkers are absolutely awesome and care so much about the patients. love the 12-hour shifts. Plenty of flexibility with the schedule.

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible; management has very little follow-through and is not very empathetic to the needs of the staff or patients. Also, there are call-offs constantly, so you will be working with agency staff more often than not. Management refuses to give raises.

      Pros

      From outside looking in- looks like a nice place but should be shut down!

      Cons

      This place is a mess. Horrible management. Leadership turns over more than the techs. Medical staff are mostly good but there isn’t any actual therapy happening in the building. Just medication adjustments. Sad place to send your loved ones.
