Pros
Company invests a lot in the initial training within the classroom environment. Provides application and covers costs for permitting and protective equipment.
Cons
Very rough work environment with high expectations from upper and regional management. But a major lack of team work. Manu employees want to be compensated heavily for little to no effort. There are some high level employees but they are few and far between.
