Pros
There are good people at Brink's wanting to make a difference. Individuals care a great deal about the company and its success. Some of the benefits are nice such as the 401k, though the medical and lack of tuition reimbursement makes it hard on large families and people wanting to finish college degrees.
Cons
The top level of leadership doesn't provide a stable or sound vision of how the company plans on leap frogging the competition. The top heavy corporate office absorbs any profitability in the field and this trend continues to grow with reductions at the bottom and promotions at the top. The cronyism is killing the U.S. and everyone knows it except for Richmond.
