Senior Leadership Lack Vision - Branch Manager Brink's, Incorporated Employee Review

Senior management doesn't have the strategic vision to take the business to the next level--or even keep it at the same level. When I left the company there were 32 Vice Presidents who did little but shuffle paper to each other, while they were letting supervisors go by the bucketful. Company is incredibly top heavy, and are not competing at a high level.
