Low hourly pay! Company cutting employee benefits each year. Company does not respect employees or the hard work they put in. Senior Management not in touch with what goes on at a branch level only what they are being told by Area Directors and OVP's. The pay has not been good for years but years ago everything else was much better i.e. benefits, fair treatment for employees at all levels, respect for everyone, job security and communication between everyone.
