They will use you to collect the contacts and will never appreciate your contribution. I would not suggest a fresher to go for this company as it will only demoralize you. If they'll come to know that you can achieve your targets, then the directors themselves will start interfering in your deals through their dealers and that is how they hinder your incentives. No growth at all. All the employees are fighting among themselves. Nothing is systematic and nobody is ready to change. Employees are torcherd and their managers steal all the credits just to look nice in front of the Directors. Inshort just a 'LALA COMPANY'. B- Schools should not allow this company to hier any fresher.
