      Some benefits are good but they are expensive.

      Cons

      There is favoritism. Is not easy moving up. They will invite you for an interview if you want a manager position but they already know know who they are going to put. Hours are not stable. It all depends on the sales.

      Pros

      I always got full hours even when I was part time.

      Cons

      Unnecessary stress for a job that should not consume your life. The locations I’ve worked at all employees (ESPECIALLY OPS) act like high schoolers
