High patient case load, little flexibility in moving around patients to lower caseload

Thank you for your response. Bristol Hospice tries to keep the caseload for RN Case Manager’s between 14 – 15 patients, due to rapid growth, and high census. Bristol also periodically reviews the area caseloads to ensure we are comparable with area standards.
Regional and Corporate support. The people that work in positions above you are always trying to offer help and available for questions. They are also normal humans just like us!

Bristol is a very fast growing company- this is NOT a con...just be prepared to MOVE when hired!
You get to provide families with excellent care. Walking in the door you have the opportunity to learn what the patient and families need. This is a difficult time for them so whatever you have to do to put the family at ease would be great.
