Opportunities need to be seemed out by employees in most cases.

This is a wonderful place to work. Having come from another insurance company where had to watch your back and question everyone's intentions, it is refreshing to work for Brit where everyone works together toward common goals. Management is extremely supportive and and open to new ideas.

Brit is not (yet) a household name in the US. But insurance professionals, particularly those who know the Lloyd's market, are keen to place business with the company.
