Pros
... honestly you learn quite a lot real fast.
Cons
- Underpaid - Overworked - They preach a work life balance, but then they make you work 50hr work weeks constantly - They dont honor PTO, don't go over 40hrs here.. you wont get any benefits for doing so. - Make you do things outside of the job description that isn't even within the boundary. - Promotions do not happen here, even when you are doing the work of the promotion for months
