Pros
Although we are a remote company, I have more interaction with team members than I ever had when working onsite at other companies. We work with people all over the world and the work culture here is amazing, very warm and welcoming.
Cons
As with many other companies, we are on restricted travel. While I love remote work, some days I miss having a central on-site office to catch up with "real people." Not for collaboration but for socilization.
