Pros
Great work environment, training opportunities and diverse nature of work. You meet a lot of different people from different backgrounds, which is what makes this place a great learning experience too.
Cons
standard big corporate issues, sometimes you get lost in the crowd, depending on the type of manager you report to. Everything follows a template structure so not much room for innovation unless its part of the role!
